the Council shall deliberate.

In the Bring a Matter panel, describe the action, policy, or determination you
seek. Add context if it helps, mark it a capital matter if grave, choose how deeply the
Council should deliberate, then press Convene the Council.

How the Council Deliberates
Round IEach voice deliberates alone, unseen by the others — so no one anchors on another's view.
Round IIThe voices now see one another and answer directly, challenging and refining. Each shows whether it Held, Refined, or Shifted.
The AdversaryIn Full mode, a standing red-team presses the Council — naming what was overlooked and the risks ahead.
SynthesisALETIIA weighs the record and explains the reasoning, the tensions, and the tradeoff. It teaches — it never overrides the vote.

A Stated Cut-Off
Deliberation runs against a visible countdown. The Council reasons until the matter
settles or the stated cut-off is reached — at which point ALETIIA renders the
determination on the record gathered so far, so an answer always arrives. Deep thought,
never an endless loop.

Read the Determination
Each voice casts a vote — Affirm, Deny, or Abstain — with its reasoning, and may record a
dissent. The Council's final determination is fixed by constitutional process and appears
at the top of The Deliberation, with ALETIIA's synthesis just beneath it.
